First – Sales Account Executive

Our sales team is focused on identifying ideal customers, educating ideal customers on our service through a consultative approach, moving prospects through to signed contracts, and seamlessly handing off new clients to coaches.

What you bring to the table

Candidate must have a proven track record of successful relationship management and new business development. Other interests include:

  • Passion for startups, systems, and solving problems for clients
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where we are learning from our customers and improving our product every week
  • Data-driven and automation-centric mindset to make key business decisions through strong analytical thinking
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented professional able to work with minimal direction
  • Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal — and demonstrated proficiency in closing deals
  • 5+ years of Sales, Sales Development, and/or coding experience


  • Identify, engage and close new subscribers for our product
  • Develop systems to increase conversion and lead generation rates
  • Maintain current information in SalesForce including but not limited to account profiles, contacts, status, accurate forecast, opportunity tracking and pricing information
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through professional sales calls and follow-ups
  • Strategically align First’s resources with appropriate customer/prospective contacts
  • Analyze customer and market needs, pricing models, and differentiation
  • Develop and improve our sales materials, including demos, website and email content
  • Proactively manage customer projects to ensure customer needs are understood and met, including championing product development activities and following-up on customer requests
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Coaching teams as required to support existing customers and new opportunities
  • Manage a quota focused on driving revenue growth on an annual basis across existing and/or new prospective accounts
