Shoeboxed – Customer Support Intern
We’re looking for a smart, hard-working intern to join our Customer Support team and help us deliver the best possible experience to our user base. This paid internship will give you the opportunity to design and implement new customer success initiatives and gain experience working at a customer-centric startup. Your primary job will be to support our Lead Customer Advocate by responding to customer support requests, as well as working on special projects to delight our user base. You’ll also be helping our team build a revolutionary product while taking advantage of exceptional benefits and working in a fun, challenging and fast-paced environment

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Customer Advocate in day-to-day operations of the Customer Support department as needed (responding to chats, support tickets and phone calls)
  • Help optimize our Knowledge Base and improve our support documentation
  • Brainstorm and work on new projects to help maximize the customer experience

  • A strong writer and communicator
  • A people person who loves to help others
  • Technically savvy with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
