Mindfulness meditation can be an effective tool in helping deal with the stressors of work and life. The regular practice of meditation improves concentration, calms our minds, reduces anxiety and worry, and allows more space for joy and well-being in our lives. Want to learn more about meditation but not sure where to start? Join us every other Thursday at 10:00 a.m. for a 30 minute class focusing on different aspects of mindfulness and meditation. We will walk through two guided meditations during this class, a short one at the beginning, and a slightly longer meditation at the end. These classes are free and open to all American Underground members.
