While the meeting rooms are self-service, the AU team is available in advance to help ensure that you’re set up for success. Looking for catering suggestions, hotel discounts, or more? We’re happy to help!

Training Room

With big windows overlooking Main Street, the Training Room provides flexible space for up to 20 attendees in a variety of configurations.

Capacity: 10-20
Pricing: $100 /hour or $700 /day

Think Tank

Get your creativity flowing in the Design Suite, equipped with a plethora of post-its and a unique brainstorming wall.

Capacity: Up to 8
Pricing: $50 /hour or $350 /day

The Perch

The Perch provides a comfortable space for up to ten attendees in a creative and collaborative setting.

Capacity: Up to 10
Pricing: $50 /hour or $350 /day

LT Classroom

Convene your full team or host a workshop in the Leadership Triangle Classroom.

Capacity: Up to 40
Pricing: $150 /hour or $1200 /day

Fidelity Labs

Find focused space for your team meeting in this private meeting space, just steps from the free coffee.

Capacity: Up to 5
Pricing: $40 /hour or $280 /day

Nonprofits: We offer a 15% discount on all room reservations!

Minimum 4-hour rental period. Reservations limited to weekdays.
